Our Privacy Practices for Client Data

The information UnsubCentral collects and receives from our customers' and customer's affiliates is used to provide our Service. UnsubCentral does not share the information collected or the lists provided with unauthorized parties other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy. In no event shall UnsubCentral use email addresses or other information provided by the customer and/or the customer affiliates in any manner except (i) for suppression list comparisons as part of the Service (ii) for dispute resolution, and (iii) UnsubCentral may disclose such email addresses and/or information if disclosed in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of government.
