PII

Through the use of this Site or Service, UnsubCentral may collect or maintain the following PII about individuals from clients or prospective clients, which is typically business contact information:

Non-PII

Non-PII (information that that does not reveal the specific identity of the customer) is collected by UnsubCentral in the normal course of operating its business. We collect certain aggregate and non-personal information when you visit the Site and through your use of the Service. When you visit the Website to browse, read or download information, we automatically collect standard computer information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, cookie information, access times, referring website addresses and the page you request. This information does not relate to a single identifiable visitor. It tells us such things as how many users visited the website and the pages accessed. Collecting this information helps us tailor our Website to our visitors. We generally do not link standard computer information to anything that will allow us to identify users unless to prevent fraud and to protect our Service, Website, users, customers or others. Data Retention

UnsubCentral maintains PII for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected, as described in this privacy policy.  After this time, data will be deleted.  We will also delete data upon your request to the extent required under applicable laws.

The Information Shared or Disclosed with Third Parties

UnsubCentral does not sell PII. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your PII with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Cookies and Web Beacons

Most web browsers are set up to accept cookies. You can, however, reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you choose to decline cookies, some of the functionality of the Website may be impaired.

We use a variety of technologies on the Site. Among these are cookies: a text-only string of information that a website transfers to the cookie file of the browser on your computer so that the website can remember your browser in the future. Additionally, many other sites that are not associated or authorized by UnsubCentral may have links leading to our Website. Security

UnsubCentral uses industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving consumer information exchanged between us and other companies to help ensure its security. This Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our servers are backed up regularly and protected by security systems. Please be advised that, although we take reasonable technological precautions to protect your information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, UnsubCentral cannot warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data at or through our Website is at your own risk.
UnsubCentral utilizes the third-party cloud services of various companies to store, use and transmit your PII and other information. These third-party cloud service providers are reputable companies, well known in our industry and they utilize current industry-standard data encryption technologies and firewalls.

Consent to this Privacy Policy; Amendments; Notifications of Changes

By using the Website or the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. To the extent that our terms of service provide additional protection to this Privacy Policy, it shall take precedence over any conflicting Privacy Policy provision and it shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law with respect to our liability (if any) for a breach of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on the Site, and it is your responsibility to review the new version. Children’s Privacy

UnsubCentral places the highest value on the privacy of children. UnsubCentral does not knowingly collect PII from minors under the age of 16. Any person who provides their information to UnsubCentral represents to us that they are 16 years of age or older. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under the age of 16 who has provided PII to UnsubCentral, please contact us so we can delete it.

Choices and Means to Access and Limit Use and Disclosure of PII

UnsubCentral has reasonable measures in place to provide individuals with the right to access their PII stored by UnsubCentral. In addition, UnsubCentral will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that such individuals deem inaccurate or incomplete.  Subscribers can request to access their PII or to correct, amend, or delete their PII by e-mailing [email protected] with the applicable request (i.e., to view, alter, update, or remove their PII) and the information necessary to enable UnsubCentral to complete such action. UnsubCentral may have limited access to certain PII we process on behalf of our customers in connection with the Service. Therefore, if applicable, any requests to access, correct, amend, remove or limit the use and disclosure of PII that UnsubCentral processes on behalf of its customers should include the name of the UnsubCentral customer that submitted your PII to UnsubCentral. We will forward such requests to the identified customer to respond directly to you and we will provide any necessary assistance in that customer’s response to your request.

Right to Contact via Telephone

By registering on the Site, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR § 310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the “Rule”) and other telemarketing laws such as FCC rules. Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, we reserve the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the Rule.
