We give them a platform to honor your opt-out requests within hours, and to ensure their email partners aren’t continuing to send you messages.

Unfortunately, we don’t work with every brand. There are still a lot of advertisers who lack the tools or the integrity to take CAN-SPAM compliance seriously. Even though these companies frustrate us as much as they frustrate you, we are not a spam monitoring agency. We can’t control their practices, or alert them on your behalf. And we can’t make them purchase our opt-out management solution.

If you found our name included in a brand’s privacy policy or in an email abuse link on an unsubscribe page, that brand may actually be a client of ours. But we still recommend following the unsubscribe instructions the brand has provided. That is the fastest and easiest way to get yourself removed from any related email lists.
