Account Manager
UnsubCentral is seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for client interaction, support, and problem solving.
We have doubled in size for the past three years running, and are really looking for the right person to help us continue growing by supporting our clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities
  • Proactive monitoring and communication with clients to address technical and business needs/issues/opportunities
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with UnsubCentral service offering
  • Collaboration with clients to identify strategy and goals, including adoption of email marketing best practices and follow through to execution of initiatives
  • Coordination of initial client setup with the support and development teams, including system configurations and any specific customization
  • Initial client training to best utilize the UnsubCentral product to most effectively meet client goals
  • Ongoing advisement of UnsubCentral features to improve ROI and deliverability
  • Advocate for your clients internally by leveraging various resources
Requirements
  • Ability and desire to work without being micro-managed
  • 3+ years in client-facing technical support or consulting environment
  • Well-versed in Internet technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant technical field
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Great phone skills, problem solver, email marketing experience a plus
