UnsubCentral Heads to New York for Affiliate Summit and LeadsCon

While a few of us on the UnsubCentral team wanted to take our talents to South Beach, we settled on The Big Apple so that we could attend Affiliate Summit East and LeadsCon New York.   It proved to be a long but worthwhile week, longer for those of us that foolishly chose the 5:45 a.m. flight out of Austin Sunday morning of the event.

The week started out with Affiliate Summit’s Meet Market where we were able to network and meet with current clients, partners, and prospects.  We then headed upstairs to the 48th floor View restaurant of the Marriott Marquis where we were co-sponsoring the PMA event with Tune.  More networking ensued, but this time we were in a rotating restaurant with 360 degree views of New York City’s most iconic landmarks (and an open bar).  The remainder of Affiliate Summit was a blur with countless breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner meetings as well as the letdown of missing out on seeing Bone Thugs & Harmony and Juicy J Monday night at the Affiliate’s Ball.

The week continued with LeadsCon on Thursday and Friday.  There were more great meetings with prospects, clients, and partners and we were also able to attend some really great sessions as well.  I will make sure to recap a few of the more interesting panels in the near future.  By Friday afternoon we were ready to head back to Austin, but already looking forward to our return trip for AdTech in November and our new platform launch party.
